Safety is #1 at Parasimple and we have ZERO-tolerance for sexual harassment. We require name, email address, phone number and a credit card to book appointments, no exceptions.

Our business model is simple and our prices reflect that. Please be understanding that we don't have a receptionist and that phone calls will be answered/returned as timely as possible. Texting may be faster than calling. Online booking is the fastest way to book regular sessions.

Please call to book the following services that aren’t available to book online:

Same-day appointments – When available. Have your name, phone number, email and credit or debit card ready when calling and be aware of the cancellation policy below.
Couples Massages - when available, you may book a massage for 2, possibly 3 people in the same room. Call for same room availability & booking. You may always book 2 massages at the same time without calling when the availability is present online. $20 add on applies.
Chair Massage - when available, we can book seated massages. These are booked up against existing appointments only. Please call or text for availability.
Parasimple Signature Package - Stress doesn't stand a chance during our Signature package. 5 hours of the ultimate yoking of the mind, body and spirit connection. Call for details and price. Makes an excellent gift!
Professional Office Chair Massage Days – we bring a day of relaxation to your office! Prices & contracts vary.
Parties & events – we bring everything your group needs to add massage, yoga and/or reiki to your amazing event. Prices vary, prepayment is required, along with a valid ID at booking.
On-site yoga - can be booked onsite for your organization or event, or also donated to your 501 (c) group, (children's organizations as well!) Inquire within.

No shows/Cancellations Policy

No refunds are given for missed appointments, nor cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Any prepaid tips will be stored on your MassageBook account as store credit for future use. If you require a refund of that, it will be less a $5 processing fee. Note that someone else may come in your place if you cannot make it so you don't lose your prepayment. the

All refunds will be less a $5 processing fee, as Square takes a percentage for bookings, and again for refunds.

Late Arrivals Policy

Time will be deducted from your service equal to your late arrival amount.

Inclement Weather Policy

Parasimple will attempt to reach you the day before a scheduled appointment when potentially dangerous weather is forecasted to give you the chance to reschedule with no penalty. If you then decide to cancel the day of, your prepayment is forfeited. We will attempt to reach you by phone and email, so please keep your phone number and email current. If we must close the office, you will be notified as soon as possible and you will not be charged.

Weight Limit

Massage tables at Parasimple have a 400lb weight limit.

Zero-Tolerance for Sexual Harassment

You will be asked to leave and the police will be called immediately. Your name, phone number, email address, credit card information and Ring doorbell camera photo will be reported to the police if you leave before they arrive.
