If this is your first time here let me introduce myself.

Hi, I'm Jo! I started my massage career in 2002. I was so hungry for knowledge I became nationally certified in 2007 and Board certified in 2016 and practicing as an LMT ever since. I pride myself on continuing education to better assist and guide my clients holistically.

With over 21 + years practicing massage, I strongly believe our bodies are fundamentally the same, BUT, we DO NOT process all things the same such as stress, injury, recovery, trauma, diet, etc. Because of this, I look at all aspects of clients to customize massages for their individual needs. When working with clients, I use many modalities of energy and touch during a session. I also educate and share wellness practices for self-care. My passion is encouraging and educating clients while empowering them to practice self-advocacy to play an active part in their overall health.
