Tracy M. Howard LMT, LMBT, IASTM gother start with massage before she knew she was to be a therapist. Her motherbought her a reflexology book to aid in helping her with her mom’s circulationissues in her feet. This is where Tracy began to take interest in all things “natural”and healing options for the body.

Tracy went to school for Marketing and thenBusiness/Organizational Mgmt, this then led her to a recommendation from a peerto attend the Atlanta School of Massage(ASM). She moved to Atlanta where shegraduated from ASM in 2007 and began practicing in a Hair restoration office,Massage Envy, and her own mobile massage business part-time. She has workedin many different settings like Gyms, spas, tanning salons, and contract workin her spare time. She recently made the switch to full time massage therapyand joined Cone Health in March 2022.

Tracy specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Reiki,Hot Stones and more. She is also has certification in instrument assisted softtissue mobilization, (IASTM). Tracy enjoys the outdoors, traveling, andspending time with her rescue dog, Dapper. She is excited to be a part of thewellness program Cone Health has to offer.
