Tracy M. Howard LMT, LMBT, IASTM got her start with massage before she knew she was to be a therapist. Her mother bought her a reflexology book to aid in helping her with her mom’s circulation issues in her feet. This is where Tracy began to take interest in all things “natural” and healing options for the body.

Tracy went to school for Marketing and then Business/Organizational Mgmt, this then led her to a recommendation from a peer to attend the Atlanta School of Massage(ASM). She moved to Atlanta where she graduated from ASM in 2007 and began practicing in a Hair restoration office, Massage Envy, and her own mobile massage business part-time. She has worked in many different settings like Gyms, spas, tanning salons, and contract work in her spare time. She recently made the switch to full time massage therapy and joined Cone Health in March 2022.

Tracy specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Reiki, Hot Stones and more. She is also has certification in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, (IASTM). Tracy enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her rescue dog, Dapper. She is excited to be a part of the wellness program Cone Health has to offer.
