That’s exactly what our work at The Healing Eclectic is here to do for you. When you come in for a session you can expect an intuitive blend of bodywork skills that address, not only the physical body, but also the energetic bodies that house our mental, emotional and spiritual selves. Sessions include Myofascial Release (MFR) as taught by John F Barnes, Acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki and body wisdom coaching techniques to meet your individual needs and get you on the path to healing. Private Yoga session, Distance Reiki session and Virtual Healing sessions are also available to you to keep the healing going well after our in person sessions together.

In a nutshell, this is not a cookie cutter approach to working with someone.

It is a facilitation, an opportunity to tap into the innate healing wisdom of the body that’s already within you.
