We live in our bodies.

Day-in, day-out, while we work, exercise, play or simply relax, our muscles are bending and stretching to support our every movement. However, all too often, those same muscles become imbalanced and overworked. When that happens, we feel pain and fatigue, pins and needles, or even numbness. Muscle tissue can become so tight and contracted, it will pull bones out of alignment.

In my practice, I aim to relieve as much discomfort and pain as possible, while empowering clients to learn how to better care for themselves, while not on the table. Using my knowledge, I hope to help each client identify imbalances and patterns in their muscle tissue, and what they can do to prevent further pain & discomfort.

I love what I do and pride myself on adapting to each client, tailoring each session to their individual needs, every time. While I specialize in Deep Tissue, I am trained in a variety of modalities and would love to help you.
