I am a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, energy healing practitioner, and massage instructor with over six years of experience helping clients restore balance, relieve tension, and reconnect with their overall well-being.

My approach to bodywork blends therapeutic skill with intuition, allowing each session to be customized to the individual. My training includes Swedish and deep tissue massage, advanced stretching, hot and cold stone therapy, Himalayan salt stone massage, aromatherapy/essential oils, Integrated Pregnancy Massage, reflexology, exfoliating body treatments, and holistic Ayurvedic therapies.

As a Reiki Master and energy healing practitioner, I also incorporate complementary modalities such as Tunning Forks for chakra balancing, sound healing, Access Bars®, and Access Energetic Facelift®. These techniques can be integrated into a massage session or experienced as part of a more focused energy-balancing treatment.

Over the years, I have developed my own signature approach—an intuitive fusion of therapeutic massage, energy work, and holistic wellness. Rather than following the same routine for every client, I listen to the body, consider each client's goals, and draw from multiple modalities to create a session that is uniquely their own.

I am also a dedicated massage therapy instructor and have had the privilege of educating and mentoring future massage therapists. Teaching has deepened my appreciation for anatomy, body mechanics, therapeutic touch, and the powerful connection between the body, mind, and energy.
