Hi, I'm Clarissa and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Board Certified NLP Coach and Practitioner, and a Board Certified Time Line Therapy (R) Practitioner and I am here to help you heal your chronic pain.

After 20+ years of navigating my own journey of healing from physical, spiritual, and emotional pain, I felt compelled to help others heal, too. Rehabilitating from torn rotator cuff and knee surgeries, navigating the grief process after losing someone very close to me, and managing the symptoms of anxiety and depression are just a few of the ways I’ve healed my physical, spiritual, and emotional pain.

Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and other medical professionals refer their patients to me with confidence in my skills because they have seen their patients (and even themselves) get incredible results. I have helped their clients restore range of motion to frozen shoulders, reduce pain in their neck and back, and continue to strengthen and improve their bodies. I've helped people navigate the grief process in a safe and appropriate way. I have helped people get out from underneath the weight of their negative emotions.
But the most important thing that my clients say is that they feel good, hurt less, sleep better and they are happier. It's my mission for you to feel comfortable in your body, safe in your spirit, and calm in your mind.
