Fa provides effective full body Swedish massage and Healing Touch™ techniques in her practice of helping you feel great! Massage soothes your aching muscles and Healing Touch, a non-pharmacological modality, soothes your aching spirit.

She also is a Chaplain - a pastor outside of a traditional church. She works part time as a Hospice Chaplain to support patient's and family's emotional and spiritual needs, sometimes using Healing Touch techniques.

Healing Touch is a bio-energy modality which uses a natural part of our lives, the energy that runs through and around our bodies. So, with hands above or lightly on your body, this non-invasive healing modality improves vitality, peace of mind, health issues and, general well being. It is increasingly being offered in clinical settings. Healing Touch is accredited through the American Holistic Nurses Association, the American Nurses Credentialing Center and, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.

Swedish massage is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you. Massage is accredited through the American Massage Therapy Association and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

While Massage is hands on moving of body tissues (skin and muscles), Healing Touch is heart centered energy work that is done for a client who is fully dressed. Both modalities are considered Integrative Healing Modalities and these are just some of the issues they can address:
