My name is Diego Sedillo. I am a Human performance and Recovery Specialist and a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience in the movement field along with over 5 years of experience on the recovery side of things. After high school and collegiate sports forced me to work with specialists myself, i discovered just how important it is to recover, to truly perform your best. This love for movement and sports eventually lead to a degree and many certifications along the way including Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Functional Movement Screening, Fascial Therapy, and RPR to name a few of the big ones. This allowed me to craft a one-stop shop for individuals looking to optimize their movement. For weekend warriors to professional athletes, and everyone in between. Every "body" is different and gets treated as such!
