My name is Karina, and I am a California Board Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Educator, and Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of hands-on experience. I specialize in recovery-based bodywork and whole-body healing, with a focus on supporting the body, mind, and spirit through every stage of the healing process.

For six years, I worked alongside chiropractors and holistic health practitioners, where I gained a deep understanding that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when given the proper internal conditions. This experience shaped the foundation of my work and continues to guide every session I provide.

My approach is centered on being part of your healing team, not just your massage therapist. Each session is intentionally designed around your body’s specific needs at that moment, blending therapeutic techniques, recovery work, and gentle yet effective bodywork to create lasting physiological and structural change. I believe that true healing happens when the physical body and the emotional body are supported together, which is why my work focuses on total-body healing through emotional embodiment and restorative touch.
