Polly Arnott is a Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Coach with deep experience. She comes to us from Jackson Hole, Wyoming – an extreme sport haven – where she worked side by side with Physical Therapists to performed injury specific massage to improve recovery on injured athletes. In private practice, she also worked with a wide range of clients and has designed plans for people of all ages – including the very young and older members of the community.

Polly works to understand each of her clients’ individual needs to create a plan that clients can stick with. She knows: You are unique. There are no cookie cutter solutions here.

By carefully listening to her clients, Polly picks-up on her clients’ particular frustrations and obstacles. Her resourceful and encouraging attitude allows her to guide clients to implement positive, stress free changes. She believes small adjustments foster big results.

Polly cares deeply about all her clients and she especially likes helping single parents learn strategies to foster healthy habits.

Polly loves many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fly fishing, skiing and camping. In addition to outdoor activities, she enjoys spending free time with her two girls, family and many friends. She comes from a big Italian family so it’s no surprise she loves eating good food and gardening.
