I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Denver Technical College in 1995 and later continued my education at the School of Professional Massage Therapy, becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2003. In 2007, I became certified in Lymphedema Management, further expanding my ability to support clients with specialized needs.

My work blends therapeutic and restorative techniques to both rehabilitate and prevent muscular conditions and injuries. I am trained in Remedial massage (working deep into muscle tissues at your comfort level) with stretching integrated as needed, Restorative Relaxation and Complete Manual Lymphatic Drainage with a focused emphasis on relieving head, neck, shoulder and hip pain.
In addition to hands-on care, I provide personalized home care plans to empower each client with tools for continued progress between sessions—ensuring lasting results both in and out of the treatment room.
