I strive to educate my clients about their bodies and attune the session to their needs. Awareness and wellness go hand in hand. Everyone has different needs on a day to day basis, bodily and emotionally. Whether it is relaxation or focused deep tissue work, sometimes it can be a little of both! I base the massage off what the person needs at that time, in that moment. I understand that everybody's bodies are different.

When booking, do not prepay here. Please send me an email before booking with a little info about your needs. Feel free to schedule on the website after sending the email. We will discuss payment over email. When booking through the website, it will ask if you have been with me before or new to using massagebook.
