Deep Tissue Massage
Specifically for those with strong tension over many areas of the body. (ex: Very tight shoulders/back/and hips) Techniques are harder with more body weight behind them, and forearms/elbows are used in conjunction with different body position
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch on your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine to ease tension and better align your body. Can be helpful for headaches, migraines, and general fogginess.
Reiki
An energy healing technique that can be hands on or hands off that helps with stress and emotional processing. The typical experience of reiki is a warmth that flows through your body and allows you to relax deeply and enter meditative states
