Caitlin Bosma, LMT is a graduate of the Institute of Massage Therapy in Haskell, NJ. In addition to being board certified in New Jersey for massage therapy, she is also trained in prenatal massage, reflexology, sports/orthopedics, cupping, and aromatherapy. By learning about the body and the systems that make it run, she began to fall in love with the idea of a Holistic body. Every system has a purpose and job that makes our bodies the perfect symphony of cells that work together to make us whole. This awareness led Caitlin to complete a course of study as a Holistic Wellness Counselor, and the saying “You are what you eat” really resonates with her on a deep level.Health is about taking time for yourself and letting your body rest and digest, which is why massage therapy is so important to Caitlin. Through her experience as a massage therapist, Caitlin sees the benefits of selfcare first hand. Letting stresses of your day to day life go for even an hour can have a lasting effect on the mind, body, and spirit, which is evident in the clients’ faces and body as they get on and off the massage table. Massage therapy gets you back in touch with your body by targeting and soothing muscles that have been overworked or not awake at all.
