Welcome to The Sacred Garden. In your uniquely designed healing session my attention will be dedicated to your total well-being. I will provide you with a safe and compassionate space. I will invite you to breathe and let go of the stresses of life so you can totally relax and unwind. I will offer you my presence, skills, and positive healing intentions. I will be receptive to your guidance and use my knowledge and intuition to honor you on your sacred healing journey.

My Journey:
My journey started in 2005 when I was involved in a head-on collision. I had severe whiplash, and was in a tremendous amount of discomfort and pain. I sought treatment at a Chiropractic clinic and received both chiropractic and therapeutic massage. I shudder to imagine where I would be without the care I received from the Massage Therapists. It was truly life changing experience.

I felt in my heart that I needed to become a Massage Therapist so that I too could help people heal and feel better in their bodies in a completely organic way.

Education:
I began Massage school at LCC in the fall of 2010 and graduated in 2012. I have taken continuing education in Self-care for Body, Mind and Spirit, Cupping, Migraine and Headache relief, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Trigger point therapy, Prenatal massage, Tuning forks for vibrational therapy, recently completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training, and most recently became certified in Ashiatsu . I love learning and I'm always looking for classes that will help me provide more ways to help my clients feel better.

I enjoy helping people improve their health and wellness and love that massage is an organic way to treat a variety of health concerns as well as a wonderful way to relax, renew and reduce stress in the body. My love of essential oils has led me to integrate them into most all of my massages.

Unique skill set:
Along with my qualifications as an LMT, I am also registered with the AMTA. Over the past decade I have worked in chiropractic wellness clinics. I am skilled with various techniques, such as deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, cupping, hot stones, Ashiatsu, aromatherapy as well as pre-op and post-op body work, which I incorporate into my massages depending on the need of the client. I am particularly adept at deep tissue and I love giving sports massages, as I have a number of athletes as regular clients.

My work is ever evolving and I'm very excited to grow my practice as well as add different modalities to my massages. I have found my calling as a massage therapist.
