I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. My style is a unique blend—a cultivation and combination of everything I’ve learned over the years, from the foundational techniques I was taught in school to the many hours I’ve spent studying the beautiful art of Thai Yoga Massage. I love learning new modalities and am always evolving—continually refining my approach so that each session feels intentional, intuitive, and effective.

Every massage I give is customized to the client. Depending on your needs at the time of the session, I may incorporate a variety of techniques—ranging from a light, flowing, and deeply relaxing massage to a more focused, therapeutic approach, or a combination of both. I may also include stretches during the session, and I offer fully clothed, full-body stretching as a separate service.

I don’t believe that massage has to be painful to be effective. Many of my clients have shared that they appreciate how I can work out tension without heavy pressure—so you still experience relief without the lingering soreness that can come from traditional deep tissue massage. You’ll leave feeling more spacious, grounded, and relaxed.

What I love most is being able to help people feel better in a natural, holistic way—whether by relieving pain, creating space for healing, or simply offering a safe and calming place to unwind. There’s nothing like seeing a smile after a session—especially if it wasn’t there before.

In November 2022, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Knoxville—not with the intention of becoming a yoga teacher, but because I had reached a roadblock in life and needed something to help me move forward. I was searching for deeper awareness and understanding of my path, my purpose, and what might come next. During that time, I was introduced to the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation supports healing, relaxation, and inner connection. I’m currently developing custom Yoga Nidra sessions for my clients and plan to offer them privately—and possibly in small group settings—in the near future.
