Your therapeutic massage takes place in a peaceful environment complete with relaxing muscle. To ensure that your treatment is personalized for your health needs, you will be required to complete a health history form prior to your massage. If you have favorite relaxing, mediating or instrumental music, you are welcome to bring it with you. Clients are advised to drink water before and after appointments to assist the body in maintaining balance.
