My approach to massage therapy is centered on results-driven, therapeutic care with a focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply trying to move and feel better in your day-to-day life, my goal is to help you restore function, reduce discomfort, and improve overall performance.

My journey into massage therapy began through personal experience. After suffering a neck injury from weightlifting, I experienced firsthand how effective targeted bodywork can be in recovery and long-term health. That experience continues to shape my passion for helping others overcome pain and get back to doing what they love.

I have a deep appreciation for those who dedicate themselves to serving others. I am especially passionate about working with veterans and nurses—individuals who give so much of themselves physically and mentally. Supporting those who serve is an important part of my work and something I take great pride in. I also volunteer with Clear Path for Veterans, a holistic wellness organization focused on supporting the well-being of veterans and active military members, which further strengthens my commitment to this community.

I also enjoy working with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to more serious competitors. As someone who regularly lifts weights, runs, and hikes, I understand the physical demands placed on the body and tailor each session to support recovery, mobility, and performance.

Outside the treatment room, I’m a father of two girls, and staying active is a big part of my life. That same commitment to health and movement carries into every session I provide.
