During a massage at Serendipitous Soul, we address the source of your pain using Neuromuscular therapy techniques.  

This technique includes trigger point pressure, stretching, and mobility assessments.

Neuromuscular therapy treats the nerve signals in the muscles.  When injury, trauma, postural distortion or stress affect the nerves in the muscles- pain and dysfunction take over and affects the body’s balance.  Using static pressure on specific muscles, tendons, and connective tissue disrupts the nerve messages and restores balance to the body and reduces pain.  

Treatment is planned specifically to the source of the pain described by the client and mobility assessments help narrow down which muscle is causing pain and dysfunction.
