As a 'sports mom' I understand the hustle and bustle of running kids here and there, while still working a full-time job, and managing a very full household. Moms and Dads alike feel that pressure. We cannot care for others if we neglect ourselves.

Not a lot of time, that's ok - I can do amazing things in 30 minutes.

I know what it is like to care for a child with illness. I have experienced the balancing benefits of massage and what it can do for parents and for the child. It stills the mind, allowing for the reset our brains need to cope with daily living. I have seen the decrease in blood glucose levels that stress ( from school demands, sports or, even from bullying) elevates. Our children suffer from stressors, and most keep it to themselves.
