Sulphur Massage Therapy offers gentle, nervous-system–calming massage for people who feel tight, overwhelmed, emotionally overloaded, or worn down by chronic stress.

My work is slow, supportive, and unhurried—designed to help your body soften out of survival mode so it can rest, breathe, and reset. Many clients come in with chest tightness, shallow breathing, fatigue, or stress that feels “stuck” in the body, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more at ease.

This is not deep or aggressive work. Sessions are intentionally slow and spacious, allowing your body time to unwind patterns of stress, tension, and emotional holding. Techniques may include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Raindrop Technique, and other calming methods, always adapted to what your body needs that day.

Sessions are quiet and client-centered, with no pressure to talk or perform. This work is especially supportive for sensitive nervous systems, caregivers, and those navigating anxiety, emotional stress, or recovery from overwhelm.

Most clients book a 90-minute Nervous System Reset, with the option to continue as a 3-session series.
