Every person is different, every body is different -- and everyone deserves to be treated individually. That is why I tailor each massage or bodywork session to the particular needs of each client. I also schedule each session with care, making sure I have plenty of time for each session. That is why I do not have online booking.

I understand that pain is a sign that something is wrong - even during a body work session. I will work with you to discover the most effective pressure for your body, so that you can achieve lasting results. I believe that my role is that of facilitator. I help your body find its ease; I don't force it to do anything. I cooperate with you in your healing journey, and I understand that it is only by working with you that I can help you achieve your goals. At every step, I work with you -- healing can only happen when you are part of the process.

Additionally, I believe that the best care for my clients happens when all of the people working with them are working together; I am ready, willing and able to coordinate and cooperate with other health care professionals to achieve your goals.

DURING the COVID pandemic, I am taking many extra precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all clients. If you are fully vaccinated - with booster shots - against the COVID-19 Virus, you will not need to be tested prior to your session unless you have travelled within the past 14 days, or been exposed to anyone who is suspected of having COVID or who has tested positive for COVID. If you are not vaccinated, I do require that you have a PCR test with a negative result taken no more than 36 hours prior to your appointment, or a negative Rapid Antigen test taken no more than one hour prior to your appointment time.

My advanced training in CranioSacral Therapy and Zero Balancing allows me to offer profound change with a very light touch. I also have extensive training and experience in therapeutic massage, and can work deeply and effectively to promote healing from injury, over use, and surgery.
