I provide a focused and integrative approach that includes: percussive therapy, cupping therapy, instrument-assisted deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and movement. I combine some or all of these modalities in my integrative treatment session to help relieve neuromuscular pain. I am here to get you results or refer you to the right people who can.

60 minute sessions are spent targeting your primary complaint. Relaxation techniques may be incorporated into your session for therapeutic benefits but I do not schedule relaxation focused sessions as a general rule of practice. There are different areas of the body that I will focus on to address the source of your primary complaint. If you would like multiple areas addressed, please consider booking a 90 or 120 minute session.

What to bring to the sesssion:

Please bring comfortable athletic clothing for your treatment session. EG sports bra, swimwear, tank top etc. Please wear running shorts or something similar. The goal is maximum skin exposure while remaining covered. No draping.
