Welcome! My name is Ashley and I co-own my private spa with my husband, August, who also does massage! Our goal is to help promote wellness of the body and mind naturally. I've been doing massage professionally for just over 12 years and also have an Associates Degree of Applied Science. I also have done many continuing education courses to broaden my knowledge in this field that I am so passionate about!

My specialty is medical massage, focusing on assessing physical problems such as frozen shoulder, fibromayalgia, sciatica, carpal tunnel, migraines, plantar fasciitis, and things of that nature. My goal is to alleviate pain, increase range of motion, decrease physical and emotional stress, and improve your overall well-being. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
