I am a Licensed Massage and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. I am passionate about supporting you on your healing journey. Each session with me comes from a heart-centered approach, and is an intuitive blend of swedish, trigger point, cupping, shiatsu, and biodynamic craniosacral modalities, aiming to assist in regulating the nervous system, address engrained patterns of unhelpful muscular tension, facilitating a space of deep relaxation and unwinding. My therapy is informed by my deep curiosity and knowledge of somatics, and my own healing process of trauma. I believe in empowering you to participate in your own healing by providing you with tools you can use on a daily basis to help you feel better in your body.
