The day-to-day can take a toll on our body, so consider my approach to massage therapy.

My intention is to provide a safe, gentle yet effective treatment through touch using my tools that include hands, forearms, and elbows as well as light stretching to increase blood flow, soften tissue, and bring relief from tense, overworked muscles back to life.

I listen to you and I listen to your body. I use a combination of Swedish massage, to warm the muscles, and deep tissue, to effectively break the muscles free of their entrapment.

I will suggest a treatment plan as well as use of warm therapy* (table warmer, blanket, hot stones); cupping*; and/or CBD* (CBD Clinic and Charlotte's Web) to benefit the results of your massage.

If you have never had a massage you may not know what to expect. I will explain the process of my practice and provide answers to any questions you may have.
