My first source of motivation came from my own healing journey. My background is in corporate recruiting and I remember sitting at my desk every, single afternoon trying desperately to keep my eyes open. My morning coffee, heavy lunch and afternoon coffee and cookie was the pattern I found myself in. Ibuprofen became my best friend because body aches and pains and migraines were a common occurrence. I had NO energy, drug myself around all day and yet experienced a racing feeling in my chest as I tried to go to sleep each night. I was exhausted and out of balance. I knew I had to change my life.

I now have spent nearly a decade practicing therapeutic massage therapy. Exploring my body was the first step in what would prove be a deep passion for healing, nutrition and creating lasting balance, happiness and fulfillment. In assisting people through the process of healing and managing pain, anxiety and stress, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the drastic effects that our lifestyle and stress patterns can have on our overall health. I love helping people feel better in their bodies, AND I LOVE being a guide in the quest for true healing and change. It turns out that health shows up for us with brightness and eagerness when we find synergy in our mind, body AND spirit!

Our lifestyle shows up in our bodies. Stress, exercise (or lack thereof), the way we eat and treat ourselves all read like a map. The powerful combination of Health Counseling and bodywork allows you to connect deeply to your physical body and provides a clear understanding of how you can shift your patterns to achieve your health goals.

My intent is to help people uncover their very best selves. To dig deep and explore themselves and the patterns they have created in their lives. We all have a version of ourselves that we dream of being. I will walk the path with you to find the balance between that dream and the beauty of who you are today.
