My name is Alyssa and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I attended school at the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, Arizona. What interested me about Massage Therapy Is the idea of bringing peace to people who really need it. Our bodies are absolutely fascinating and I learned so much about everything it entails in Massage Therapy school. I was always curious about holistic approaches to caring for the body and what I learned is that our body is speaking to us ALL THE TIME. However, most of the time we are to busy caught up in our daily grind to listen to it and by the time we actually pay attention to it, it is no longer whispering to us but it is screaming. Screaming for attention and screaming for some care and maintenance. It is super important that we pay attention to what our bodies are saying because if we don't care for our bodies who else will??

I specialize in relaxation, if you are looking for deep tissue or medical massage I am probably not your therapist! I like to use aromatherapies, heat therapy, I do a lot of stretching, compressions, and energy work to provide you with the ultimate relaxing experience. I am also trained in hot stone/Himalayan salt stone massage, and cold stone therapies. I also provide body scrubs and foot/hand scrubs
