I am Angie Lonski, I am licensed in North Dakota and Hawley, MN. I graduated from Josef's Hair, Skin and Body for Massage Therapy. My education provided me with knowledge and skills in a variety of techniques such as...Swedish, Hot/Cold Stone, Rain Drop, and others.

Calming...Mind and Body Massage Therapy’s mission is to provide a high quality, relaxing and therapeutic massage using a variety of massage techniques. Striving to use client intake, current knowledge and massage techniques to make a welcoming, safe, and calming experience for each client.

Calming...Mind and Body Massage Therapy’s goal will be to encourage and assist each client in soothing their mind by releasing muscle tension and by relieving body stress to calm the mind of daily worry and pressures.

My future goals for Calming...Mind and Body Massage Therapy is to gain the skills and education for massage and how it can help with mental health such as PTSD, anxiety, ADHD.
