Targeted pain relief for athletes of ALL levels

What sets my work apart is simple: I don't chase symptoms, I find the source.

Every session starts with understanding you: how you move, where your pain lives, and why it keeps coming back. With a background that spans massage therapy, corrective exercise, and nursing, I bring a clinical depth to soft tissue work that most therapists simply don't have. I understand anatomy and pain patterns at a level that changes what's possible in a session.

Whether you're training for your next race, recovering from an injury, or just tired of the same tension showing up in the same places, my approach is solutions-focused and always rooted in the question: what's actually causing this?

I'm also passionate about making health and wellness efficient. I stay current on the most effective tools and techniques — not because it's trendy, but because you deserve work that gets results without wasting your time or money. I bring that same mindset to everything I do, inside and outside the treatment room.

For me, this work isn't just about making people feel good in the moment, it's about helping you understand your body better and keeping you doing what you love for the long haul.
