As a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Licensed Physical Therapist Asst., my background gives me the knowledge and understanding of the human body and soft tissues which allows me to help people recover quickly from injury, promote healing, eliminate pain, increase circulation for improved oxygen level, decrease stress, relax the total body, educate and instruct on proper stretching and strengthening exercises and overall, to enhance one's well being.
