I entered this field after a physical therapist friend asked me to work on his shoulder. Despite no formal training, the work felt natural. He noted my intuitive touch and encouraged me to pursue massage therapy. After researching local programs, I realized this is a profession I would love.

I’m a dedicated massage therapist focused on helping clients achieve optimal health and well-being. I graduated from Western North Carolina School of Massage and Bodywork in 2020 and have continued advanced training, including Northern Style Thai massage in Asheville and further study in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Combining Thai and Western techniques, I offer an effective, integrative approach.

I specialize in Thai, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage to relieve pain, improve mobility, reduce tension, boost circulation, and ease stress and anxiety. I believe massage supports overall health, including better sleep, immunity, cognition, and posture.
