I was a competitive athlete growing up. I loved the power of my body, flinging it around feeling the strength!

So, the chronic back pain I developed that left me bedridden on my worst days and just getting through the pain on my better days, was devastating. I stumbled across a system called Functional Range Conditioning( FRC) and started using it to treat my back with other soft tissue work. I noticed tremendous results. I became a massage therapist shortly after, needing to share this work wth other chronic pain sufferers.

I use a blend of soft tissue treatment styles- Deep Tissue, TriggerPt, Neuromuscular, Cupping, FR, and FRC for maximal results.
