Children and Teens under 18 must be accompanied by their mom or female legal guardian for the duration of the massage.

Jeanette has been a licensed massage therapist since 1997, and she considers it a privilege and a joy to be a part of women's self-care journeys. She specializes in Swedish massage for stress-relief & relaxation, moderately firm deep tissue massage to reach deeper musculature, and trigger point therapy using a three-phase ischemic compression method for chronic pain and tension. Very deep or intense pressure is not provided.

Whether you are seeking relief from muscle tension and pain or just simply hoping to unwind, Jeanette tailors each session to your needs and provides a safe and peaceful space for you to relax so that tight muscles are soothed, and you feel renewed.

Treat yourself to a massage to relax and unwind. It's HealthWise!

NEW CLIENTS: Your first appointment will be confirmed after a quick phone consultation.

EXISTING CLIENTS: You can call, text, or request an appointment on this booking site. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as I confirm the appointment. (If you can't find a 90-minute opening when you would like to come in, there may be earlier 60 or 30-minute openings).

FOR SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS: Online appointment scheduling requires 15 hours' notice, so openings will not show for same-day bookings. Please call or text for same-day availability: 303-359-3283

WAITING LIST: Text or call 303-359-3283 to be placed on the waiting list to try to get in earlier than your scheduled appointment.

I accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Visa, or Mastercard (Cash, Check, or Zelle is preferred, when possible.)

Please Note: Your therapist may recommend not attempting a full body massage to adequately treat your problem areas in the time you have scheduled. 30 minutes is best for spot treatment areas, 60 minutes is recommended for 1-2 problem areas that need extra focus, and 90 minutes is recommended for 2-3 problem areas that need extra focus.
