All of this causes profound disconnection from one’s own body, sense of self, and awareness of connection to everything and everyone else here on this planet we share. Resulting in profound, often horrible suffering in mind, body, emotions, and soul/spirit.

Learning to understand and trust your physical body, know how to access peace of mind, and reliably return to connection to self, empathy and connection to and for others - is invaluable, more now today than ever. Working from a foundation of compassion, a fierce commitment to reality and acceptance practices, I use bodywork, trauma recovery tools, and energy healing/energy medicine to help restore that sense of goodness in your body, in yourself, and in the world.
