With that being said, I'm Celina McKenzie and I have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2003. I have taught Massage therapy at the Minnesota School of Business for just under 10 years and at North Western Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN. I still teach in my studio and around the state through a bunch of community education venues. I speak at corporate sites and can be found either massaging clients (of all ages) or teaching yoga in Monticello Monday through Friday.

Over the years I have taken many continued education classes to enhance my techniques and provide the utmost caring and compassionate touch I can to babies, children, and adults whom are either critically ill or amazingly strong - and everything in between. I have recently expanded into a larger space off of West Broadway and hold community classes/workshops, yoga trainings, and bodywork sessions of all sorts inside 150 West Broadway St.

When you come visit us for your session, we ask that you come through the back of the studio where we have ample amounts of parking available. Once your inside, we ask for you to kindly remove your shoes as we are a yoga studio. You may place your shoes inside our shoe cubby and grab a pair of fuzzy socks or slippers for your comfort. We'll make you feel at home and provide you with a cup of tea or water and show you to your room once the intake has been filled out. The rest is simple, you just have to breathe and release all your worries.
