Joanna is the owner of the practice with over 24 years of experience. She uses a combination of techniques and modalities in order to suite your individual "kneads" including Deep Tissue massage, Cupping Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Foot Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage. Sierra's journey began with her own 15 year long battle with back and knee injuries, where she learned firsthand the importance of proper body care and rehabilitation. During her decade of powerlifting she had experienced some version of each kind of common issue and found unique ways of supporting their unique transformations. This understanding fueled her motivation to seek out advanced training in neurological bodywork systems, leading her to travel to Chicago and Ohio. There, she immersed herself in learning a technique that is typically reserved for unique physical therapy offices, called Activate RPR Technique, mastering one-of-a-kind methods that enhance the body's natural healing capabilities.

Teagan is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer focused on supporting physical, and emotional wellness, injury prevention and rehabilitation, hand foot and neck pain along with other massage techniques such as cupping and hot stone. He studied locally in Fort Collins at Bear Heart School of Massage and received his license to practice massage from the state of Colorado. Teagan offers an intuitive touch as well as clinical experience through his work with acute injury’s and their recovery processes. Teagan also holds a Personal Trainer Certification issued by ISSA and is eager to help build a plan to reach your health goals even once you’ve left the office, with straightforward aftercare and simple interventions that will help you reach your goals. His modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping & Hot Stone techniques, Gua Sha, Neuromuscular techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, and Facial Massage Techniques. Teagan loves all modalities and enjoys to working with those with mild to chronic pain or injuries, or those with other general health and wellness goals.
