Owner Sherry Cushing, is a certified massage therapist who develops a custom massage using a variety of modalities.

She specializes in sports therapy with soft tissue release stretching, in the comfort of your own space or her home in Fletcher Vt.

A massage designed to help individuals or athletes prevent, address injuries and aid in recovery, while keeping them engaged in their favorite sport or activity.

She believes that massage helps create a balance of the mind, body and spirit, which should be a part of your wellness program.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged half for your missed appointment. No show fees are the full amount of your missed appointment. These amounts must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Any appointments that are cancelled by the owner due to weather or illness, will not be charged.
