Thank you for taking charge of your wellness & peace of mind by choosing massage therapy as part of your self care! My studio is an all inclusive safe space, where all beings are welcomed.

Text me prior to first time booking, please introduce yourself in your message.

From the beginning of my career, massage has been what I refer to as an act of love.

It brings me joy to create an ambient environment for your senses, a cozy warm table (think of laying on a cloud ), soothing music, the smell of essential plant oils & soft lighting.

The main modality I use is called Ashiatsu, a Japanese word, meaning pressure with feet.

Anchored to the sides of my table (which rests on a heated floor) is aerial silk material, used for leverage & balance. I work with both my hands & feet; working on one leg & standing on the other.

At different points through the session, I lie down on the floor utilizing both feet simultaneously up the sides of the body & on the shoulders. As the name implies, the experience is mindful, meditative & sedating to your nervous system.

Ashi "butter" is used for glide, a delightful blend of hard butters & oils fused together, then whipped to perfection. Each ingredient has been carefully selected for providing hydrating health benefits for your skin.

Ashiatsu is deep without being painful, slow & rhythmic, utilizing long connective strokes.
