I've just had to make some adjustments to my practice to serve you best at this time while protecting my hands.

A few supportive offerings and classes along the way!

To keep things sustainable for the future and protect my hands from injury, I'm stepping back from:

Deep tissue or firm-pressure massage
Physician-prescribed (Rx) massage therapy
Massage referrals for new clients

At this time, massage sessions are reserved for established clients only.
