I’ve found that a mindful, lighter touch is incredibly powerful. This nurturing approach uses light-to-medium pressure and restorative techniques to calm the nervous system, ease everyday tension, support circulation, and encourage your body to deeply reset—without the need for aggressive, heavy pressure.

While this approach is a little more gentle than a "traditional deep tissue", it is still a deeply therapeutic treatment, not just a light application of lotion.

You will feel a comforting, medium-force pressure that works intentionally with your muscles to create real, lasting relief.

To keep my practice focused and sustainable for many years to come, my services have evolved. I have stepped back from deep tissue, firm-pressure sports massage, and physician-prescribed (Rx) therapy.
