You can sink into the table for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Reflexology can be combined with massage or scheduled as a complete session, perfect for people who prefer to remain dressed or are sensitive to physical touch. Reiki and energy balancing are also available.

Using intuitive, grounded touch, she helps you relieve your pain, ease your mind, and access your energy using diverse bodywork modalities including Swedish massage, reflexology, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular massage, perinatal massage, sports massage, lymphatic massage, acupressure, polarity and Reiki. Author of The Reflexology Deck (Chronicle Books) and The Massage Deck (Chronicle Books), Katy enjoys sharing her knowledge as well as practicing healing arts. A constant curious student, Katy has studied and practiced reflexology, massage, and yoga since her graduation from Yale University.
