Nikki is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, founder of Mindful Touch Massage & Spa, and a Duke Certified Integrative Health Coach.

She received her initial massage therapy education and certification in Neuromuscular Therapy & Structural Bodywork from Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville, NC in 2015. Since then, she has helped countless clients experience less pain and more relaxation with her expertise.

She received her Certification in Health and Well Being Coaching from Duke Integrative Health in 2024. She loves partnering with women who are navigating perimenopause, menopause, and thyroid health issues like Hashimoto’s, and helping them beat weight loss resistance, brain fog, and fatigue, so they can be empowered to live the life they dream of. Nikki has intimate experience with this health journey and through much trial and error, and research, has been highly successful in creating a life where she feels amazing and thrives! Nikki is passionate about wellness, self care and healthy living. In her massage work, she loves cultivating a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating journey for her clients, and also enjoys focused Neuromuscular work for specific painful conditions like TMJD,upper back and neck pain, low back and sciatica pain. In her health coaching work, she has come to understand that a healthy lifestyle and self care is the answer to stress and painful conditions, and is the key to preventing diseases that can keep us from enjoying our life as we age.

She moved to Morganton NC in 2011, and has lived in many places throughout the country. Of all the places she has lived, WNC feels most like home to her. She loves bringing healthy lifestyle services like massage, spa treatments, and wellness coaching to the community.In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, yoga, kayaking, dancing, and all things that make her feel ALIVE!
