Re-discover your sense of well-being with personalized therapies that nurture both body and mind. We are an experience that will allow you to achieve calm, relaxation and peace inside and out with each intuitive bodywork session.

In a world where women often feel like they must rely on external sources for their health and happiness, Maryann, the visionary behind Nurtured Touch, LLC, firmly believes otherwise. She understands that YOU are the true hero of your health and well-being, not doctors, not fad diets, and definitely not juice cleanses (although she does love a homemade juice).

After witnessing her own mother’s battle with breast cancer, Maryann dove deep into the complexities of the lymphatic system. This journey transformed her from a mere massage therapist into a Lymphatic Specialist, gifted with knowledge that could bridge the gap between physical ailments and emotional well-being. With over 17 years of experience, she now offers a compassionate path for her clients to reclaim their bodies and invigorate their lives. This is where the healing power of touch meets the profound connection between mind and body. As a practitioner of this unique and personalized approach to wellness, being an intuitive body-worker goes beyond mere technique, it's an art form that taps into the innate wisdom of the body. Intuition plays a crucial role in the world of bodywork. As an Intuitive body-worker, Maryann trusts her instincts to guide her through sessions, allowing her to adapt her skills and techniques based on the client's responses and the energy they perceive. This intuitive approach goes beyond a standardized routine, fostering a dynamic and personalized experience for each individual.

We truly customize every session to meet your therapeutic needs, using a variety of modalities and sessions are full hands on time of 60/90(vs. industry standard of 50/80) min, meaning we don't take time out of your booked session time for you to dress/undress and you receive the FULL time as long as you are on time for your session.
