I was born and raised on the scenic west coast – from Northern California to all over western Oregon. After stints as a school teacher, waitress, organic veggie farmer, Buddhist monastic, and nonprofit worker, I decided to deepen my work in the health and healing field by working directly with the body to help alleviate stress, tension, and body pain. I completed my massage therapy credentials at the St. Croix Center for the Healing Arts in Hudson, Wisconsin in 2010 and have been practicing massage in Corvallis since 2014.

As an LMT, I provide individualized sessions, unique to each client, integrating Swedish strokes with therapeutic and deep tissue techniques. A treatment plan might include regular (weekly, bi-weekly) sessions until your area of pain or tension has improved, or monthly "maintenance" sessions to keep tension at bay. I believe that when the mind and body relax, deeper healing can take place.

Life is good! I enjoy spending time with my son and cats, growing food, communing with nature, contemplating the Big Questions, and helping friends. I am so grateful to be able to do work that I love and that benefits others...in a beautiful part of the country!
