I am a Louisiana Licensed( LA4329) and Board Certified massage therapist, with 14 years of experience, offering skilled bodywork to people seeking chronic or acute pain relief, relaxation, increased flexibility, or overall well-being. I graduated from Blue Cliff College in Lafayette, and am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

My work is client-centered, and my treatments are created to meet my client’s specific goals. A thorough health history and consultation is done before the first session in order to figure out how to proceed with a personalized treatment plan. In addition, I offer client-specific stretches that can be performed in between sessions in order to maximize the therapeutic effects of the treatment.

I hold advanced certifications in MRT Therapy,Cupping, Hot Stone and Prenatal massage. I primarily help people who suffer from chronic pain, sports and work-related injuries, or have post-surgical pain.
