Providing Craniosacral Therapy and Integrative Somatic Work with an emphasis on individualized, trauma informed care.

Sessions may incorporate Craniosacral Therapy, therapeutic massage, intraoral Craniosacral techniques, SomatoEmotional Release, and other body centered approaches based on client,'s goals, presentation and comfort level.

My work is designed to support clients experiencing chronic tension in the body, stress-related symptoms, jaw and head tension, physical discomfort, and patterns of nervous system dysregulation. Treatment is paced carefully and adapted throughout the sesion in response to the client's needs and current capacity.

I take a whole person approach, recognizing relationship between physical tension, stress, and emotional experience. Rather than relying on a standardized protocol, each session is tailored to the individual and may include both structural and subtle therapeutic techniques.

The goal of my practice is to create a safe space with you and provide an environment that promotes improved body awareness and needs, reduce tension with skilled bodywork that enhances a greater sense of physical and nervous system balance and resilience.
