Jane was introduced to massage at a young age called Hilot > a traditional Filipino practice that uses gentle compression to relax the muscles.

In 2020, she discovered the benefits of Lymphatic Drainage Massage and began practicing it on herself, friends, and family. This experience inspired her to formally study Holistic Massage Therapy at Brookdale Community College in New Jersey.

She believes that supporting our the lymphatic system doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple practices like sunlight exposure, walking, yoga, stretching, dry brushing, and enjoying sauna sessions can make a big difference.

Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading & hiking/camping. She loves traveling and learning about how people around the world live, speak, eat, and cook.
